The Richmond Park boss was satisfied with his side's fifth consecutive win at the Recreation Ground.
“It was a good win, a professional performance. Given the size of the job we did last week against Bangor City and the big game ahead in terms of the Welsh Cup I thought the concentration levels of the lads were spot on”.
“We weren’t left wanting after a big game and we didn’t have our minds on the next big game. We took care of this one. Yes it was probably a game we were expected to win and we did so in a great manner. The pitch was not exactly a bowling green and there was a swirling wind but the boys played the game in the right areas and they played the balls accurately into the right areas”.
“We all managed to get on the front foot and build the phases and the momentum and it led to goals. Maybe we should have scored a couple more goals but if someone had offered us a two – nil win before the game we would have taken it. We were good enough to score two and keep a clean sheet, so I’m happy with that”.
